- Is your DEA Regulatory Compliance Binder ready and available for a quick inspection if a DEA Investigator asks for it?
 - Have you conducted background checks on new or existing employees in the last five years, including a standard seven-panel drug test for substances like marijuana, cocaine, opiates, PCP, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, and barbiturates?
 - Is your facility's controlled substance policy and procedure manual current, with effective measures to prevent drug diversion? (The manual must include Standard Operating Procedures for ordering, receiving, and inventorying controlled substances.)
